Velata Key Lime Macaroons!

Coconut Key Lime Macaroons?!?! YES please! These are the perfect treat to inch us a little bit closer to summer.
3 1/4 cups sweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon key lime zest
3 tablespoons key lime juice
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 bag Velata Key Lime Meltables
Preheat oven to 350°.
Thoroughly mix coconut flakes, flour, salt and zest in a large mixing bowl. Stir in juice and condensed milk.
Using a large spoon, scoop the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
Bake 13 to 15 minutes or until bottoms are browned. Cool completely in fridge, then dip into or drizzle with Velata Key Lime Meltables.
